Imagine flying at 30,000 feet when the entire plane starts shaking like an overloaded washing machine. That’s what passengers on an AirAsia flight experienced as they flew to Malaysia from Australia. After flying for 90 minutes the pilot returned to an airport in Australia on Sunday after it was shaking like a “washing machine” because of engine troubles. The plane, with 359 passengers, landed safely Sunday morning.
One passenger said he heard a loud bang and the plane then shook for the remaining two hours of the flight. He said the pilot asked passengers to pray twice.
